Fatigue Management
- Drivers working hours are managed to ensure strict compliance to BCEA.
- All drivers are fully equipped with the appropriate safety gear, including but not limited to which subscribe to SABS standards.
- The operational management team ensures that the presentability of drivers and vehicles are constantly focussed on.
- Drivers are dedicated to specific routes.
- Ongoing training on basic health and quality of life including nutrition, exercise, HIV awareness and cleanliness.
- We have inculcated a mindset of good housekeeping that is constantly audited.
- Perform risk assessments and accident investigations that take into account possible fatigue-induced problems.
- Accidents and incidents are reported instantly to the control-room which is manned around the clock. This information is then distributed immediately to the appropriate client point of contact.
